RMXNE founder and owner Tony Chiarelli started the company in 2001, putting his extensive experience in the building restoration industry to work in the fields of engineering and design.
We have deep industry experience organizing both large and small scale projects, using our dynamic mix of skilled engineers, consultants and project managers. And, we have several hundred satisfied clients, including both condominium and commercial property managers and owners.
Our philosophy is to work as business partners with our clients, guiding them through the pro’s and con’s of every decision for their property’s building project as part of the entire property picture. We make every effort to work within our clients’ budgets, and to give them honest, sound advice on the accuracy of those budgets. We treat each property and project as unique, requiring customized solutions.
