During the spring of 2005, Pilgrim Village Condominiums contracted RMX Northeast, Inc. to perform a building envelope survey to assess the condition of 14 existing buildings in our complex. Our expenditure for maintaining the buildings was starting to affect our ability to meet our month to month budget needs.
During the process, RMX Northeast, Inc. brought a great over all construction experience along with the expertise of building envelopes to provide Pilgrim Village Condominium Association with the information necessary to make good sound decisions to correct the issues with our buildings. “Without RMX Northeast knowledge and guidance we still would be spending good money into a bad situation.”
